Infinity Otter ✨♾️

One of my last commissions I sent off before I went on maternity leave was this memorial cuff.

A special piece to remember a loved one.

Otters have such a playful energy, and I really enjoyed capturing the movement and motion of the animal into this special silver piece; with the infinity symbol incorporated into the design.

I carved texture and experimented with engraving using small burrs on my Foredom, creating a pattern of bubbles around the outside of the cuff.

One of my many goals is to learn engraving one day!

Hello friends! It's been a wee while but I wanted to share some of what I've been up to for the past few months.

On the 24th of March Max and I welcomed our beautiful baby daughter Aila to the world! She was born at home into water 💙 🌀 it was a wild ride and I will forever be in awe of the experience! She is the most magical being and I feel totally honoured to be her mum!

It's been a beautiful, intense and transformative 11 weeks since then! I'm so excited to see her grow and share the joys of my craft with her. One of the best things about spending time with small people is how you see everything with a new perspective, as they start to notice and absorb the world around them.

Currently all my tools are packed away but I look forward to sharing some of my plans for the coming months, which includes building a workshop at home (exciting!) more on that soon! ⚒️

Commitment rings ✨

Congratulations to K&C who came to make their own special rings with me in the workshop at the very beginning of the month.

They carefully crafted this pair of rings, each making the others ring with intention and skill - they both did such a beautiful job!

It's such an honour to help craft something so special which will be treasured and worn for many years.

Time for a little update!

New year, new workshop! ✨

This past month has been a busy one behind the scenes...with some exciting things happening!

I've joined the wonderful collective and we have been setting up a new workshop space right on the Machynlleth highstreet in No.25.

Thanks to for making this happen! I'm really excited to share more of our plans as we get set up...We are still decorating and organising but it's getting there, I'm looking forward to dressing the window and opening up the blinds so you can see what we have been up to!

I currently have some new stock in the Tymhorau shop, so do pop on if you're in Machynlleth. I've also added a few new pieces to my website - with more coming soon!
