my page is about telling people how I started to make jewellery, I love gemstones, and it all started by accident, from an early age I always wanted to make jewellery but never had the opportunity, so one day about 3yrs ago I was flicking through tv channels and found one that showed you how to make jewellery and also sold all the findings and gemstones , so I was off , and haven't looked back, I
just love the feel of the stones , they have been hidden deep in the ground for millions of years, gemstones like rose quartz, its a delicate pale pink and amethyst a beautiful purple in many different shades , I do have my own special collection that now and again I just sit and look through . When I start to make something I usually let the gemstone tell me how its going to be made up , I can buy a strand of a particular stone , but I cannot think of how to use it straight away , it is always a surprise to me, sometimes I just get an idea out of the blue,and the end product can be wonderful.
