🌊 DINGER’S BIG ROW — THE FINAL PUSH 🚣‍♂️💙

300+ days. One man. One boat. Thousands of miles of open ocean.

300 days ago, Dave “Dinger” Bell set off on an extraordinary solo, unsupported ocean journey, taking on the Pacific and Indian Oceans to raise vital funds for Rock2Recovery.

Along the way, he’s faced fear, isolation, exhaustion and some seriously challenging conditions. But through it all, he’s shown incredible patience, resilience and determination — finding gratitude in the simplest things: a calm sea, a hot meal, a message from home and another sunrise. 🌅
