Due to recent events it’s a shame I feel the need to make a post such as this however here we are.
Unless items arrive damaged there are no refunds. Jewellery can always be damaged easily enough due to wear and tear. 9 carat gold especially can be very easily damaged if not looked after properly. So please make sure you get the correct measurements whether that’s bail, necklace, rings or a bracelet.
In the event of an item turning up broken or damaged to our customers then we take full responsibility for that and would get the item replaced/fixed at our expense.
Deposits are a holding fee to take the item off market, deposits are 100% none refundable. No exceptions.
Payment plans, once a payment has been sent these are then none refundable. This is due to manufacturers, once an order is made we can not claim back.
Items on payment plans do not get made until the final payment has been paid, once this is paid it takes 3-5 weeks for the item to be manufactured!
🛑 IF PAYMENT PLANS ARE SET TO A PERIOD OF TIME SUCH AS WATCHES, 12 WEEKS IS USUALLY THE MAX, IF IT CONTINUES INTO FURTHER TIME WE HAVE EVERYRIGHT TO TERMINATE AND KEEP ANY FUNDS PAID SO FAR AND SELL THE ITEM 🛑
The price set at the time is the price locked in, no matter if gold prices increase or decrease.
We cannot be held responsible for jewellery that has been in your possession for days/weeks/months. So unless an item arrives to you damaged and we have proof of this on the day there will be no further refunds or us being held responsible to fix the items this then becomes the buyers responsibility.
