Dandelions are magickal - their flower represents the sun, the seed head the moon and the seeds are the stars. All parts are edible from flower to root. 🌼

Always thank the dandelion when you're harvesting, blowing seeds, eating etc.

Here are 3 simple spells you can do whilst blowing on a dandelion...

1.) Visualise something you want to manifest / create in your mind. Make it vivid. Say / sing "As the dandelion seeds blow I allow my dreams to grow." As you blow on the seed head imagine that those seeds are scattering to allow your dreams to take root.
2.) Think of something you want to release or let go of (from within or in your life). Say / sing "I release what no longer serves me." Then blow on the dandelion and take a deep breath. Optional: for extra release you could keep the stem, dry it out and burn that too, scattering the ashes.
3.) Think of someone (living or in Spirit) who you want to send a message to. Speak the words into the seeds and then blow, trusting that your words will be carried on the wind to the person you want to connect with.

Blessed Beltane beautiful souls! 🌱💗
I went to a funeral today which at first felt quite contradictory to the jovial May day energy but It was for a man who was a truly jolly soul and even in the face of death we must celebrate life.
We experience the seasons in nature and as we are all OF the earth and nature (not separate from it) so too do we experience seasons within and in our lives.
I've been through immense periods of grief, sadness, trauma and heartbreak and at times when I was in those seasons it felt like I'd never feel joy or happiness again.
But just like the river we're here to FLOW and move and process and be with what is. Nothing lasts forever and it's that impermanence that makes life so precious and beautiful albeit painful at times.
Sometimes there is a tendency to only rejoice in the blossoming, the abundance and the JOY ☀️ but we need to experience the grief, the release and the times of stillness, rest, preparation and rest too.
Here's to praising the human experience today and ALL of the seasons of our life. 🙏
