The Story Behind Jobolt
​Like many people, I started out with big dreams. I got married, had some savings, and wanted to build our dream house while running my own business. I was looking at the world through rose-colored glasses.
​But life isn't always that easy. The dream house never happened, and the business didn't work out.
​To provide for my family and pay off the business loans, I had to work in construction away from home. For 5 long years, we lived apart. While my family lived in Lithuania, I was constantly flying back and forth. My heart is like a magnet to my kids, and being away from them was the hardest thing I've ever had to do.
​I desperately needed a way to work remotely so I wouldn't be tied to a construction site. I needed a way to finally go home, be with my family, and still pay off my debts.
​That’s how Jobolt was born. It wasn't just a business idea; it was the only way to reunite my family.
