se items-ie bumper bars and handle bar covers are made with measurements given to me by other mums who ordered them for their buggies and i believe these measurements to be true to the best of my knowledge,but sometimes i get a measurement where someone wants to cover a bare/no foam handle or bumper bar making the measurements different to the "norm".Please check with me the measurements you require-measuring along the outside curve along the foam and the circumference in cms as once made these custom items are non-returnable unless they are found to be fauilty.If this does happen,please let me know first before posting back-1st class recorded delivery in the same ,unused condition you received it in.Once it has been checked and the item is found to be faulty then i will refund. I DO NOT TAKE RETURNS/REFUNDS ON ITEMS THAT ARE NO LONGER REQUIRED
