Something's been brewing for a little while and today feels like the right day to share it. 🐝

In a couple of weeks, I'm going to be embarking on a 21-day gut reset programme and I'd love some company along the way.

It's called Purify, and it's exactly what it sounds like.

Three weeks of resetting, restoring and giving your gut a proper chance to do what it does best.

No 5am runs.
No two-hour gym sessions.

Just nourishing your body from the inside out.

As some of you might have seen, I've been through some changes lately (!) and this feels like exactly the right next step for me.

I'll be sharing my journey as I go, the good days and the less good ones, because that's how we actually help each other, isn't it?

The programme starts 6th July and I'm looking for a small group of around 10 people to come with me.

You'll get the full kit, a complete dietary plan, recipe ideas and a private WhatsApp group where we support each other (and it doesn't disappear after 21 days 😊).
