The Connection Co. The Connection Lady đź’ś
Founder of The Connection Co. Jewellery • Cards • Wellness
Connection first. Everything else follows.

I’m Kerry - though you might know me better as The Connection Lady! I’ve always had this natural pull towards spreading love, kindness, and joy - and somehow that’s blossomed into four businesses that all fit together under one sparkly umbrella. ✨

💌 Kerry B Creates - Handmade cards and papercraft designed to say what your heart feels (especially when you don’t have the words).
đź’Ť Theta Jewellery -

Soulful, hand-stamped keepsakes and cremation jewellery, keeping memories and moments close.
đź“” Sweet Bee Studio - My digital happy place! Planners, journals and printables to make life easier and more magical.
🌿 Synergy - This one came from my personal story. I live with several health conditions and was feeling exhausted just existing. Finding Synergy’s gut-health supplements gave me back my energy and my spark. I never thought it would become part of my business world… but helping people feel well fits perfectly with everything I do. At the heart of it all, I believe in the power of connection: through gifts, through words, through wellness and through the little moments that make life magical. ✨

I’d love to get to know you, too - what lights you up? 💜

So many cards feel rushed or generic.
Grabbed from a rack. Read once. Forgotten quickly.

That’s exactly what I don’t want for the moments that matter.

At Kerry B Creates, my cards are created so you can give something that feels chosen not snatched at the last minute on the way out the door.

Each design is intentional.
Thought through.
Made to help you say something real even when the words feel hard to find.

These are cards that say:
“I thought about you.”
“I didn’t rush this.”
“You matter enough for me to choose carefully.”

They’re not about ticking a box.
They’re about creating a moment of connection, the kind that gets kept in a drawer, pinned to a noticeboard, or reread on a tough day.

If you’re done with cards that feel generic and forgettable I am here for you

I want to be honest with you about why I booked Kate.

I heard about what she does and I thought people need to know about this.

Not in a "look how awful the world is" way.
In a "look what one person can do" way.

We can get so overwhelmed by big, terrible things happening far away that we forget that ordinary people are out there doing extraordinary things.

Kate is one of those people.

Come and spend an evening in her company.

I promise you'll leave feeling something good.

One Paramedic. One Purpose. One Hell of a Story.

Texts are lazy.

Cards are intentional.

A handwritten card says:
“I slowed down for you.”

And in a world rushing everywhere?
That matters more than ever.

How many times have you been told to “put up with it”

the tiredness, the discomfort, the feeling that you’re not quite yourself anymore?

I have been told this more times than I care to think about - from friends, family, medical people and even strangers!

There are so many people who are quietly getting through their days thinking:
“Is this just how it is now?”
“Am I asking too much?”
“Should I just be grateful and stop moaning?”

Struggling doesn’t make you weak.
Wanting to feel better isn’t unrealistic.

I focus on simple, supportive wellness solutions that fit real life.
Not perfection.
Not extremes.
Not ten-step routines you’ll never keep up with.

Just gentle, practical support that works with your body, not against it.
Small changes that add up.
Support that feels doable on your busiest, messiest days.

This isn’t about chasing some glossy version of “wellness.”
It’s about feeling more like you again.
More energy.
More comfort.
More good days than hard ones.

If you’re tired of being told to just put up with it, let’s have a conversation.
Message me, take a look or ask a question - no pressure, no judgement.
Your body has been doing its best… now it’s your turn to support it.

Who is this evening actually for?

It's for the woman who Googled Mounjaro at midnight because she didn't know who to ask.

It's for the person who started the jab and doesn't feel like they can tell anyone because of what they might think.

It's for anyone who's tried everything, and I mean everything, and still felt like they were failing.

It's for the person who's seen the celebrity endorsements and thought 'but what about people like me?'

It's for the curious, the confused, the quietly desperate and the already-on-it.

It's for anyone who's ever felt like the conversation about weight loss was happening everywhere except in a way that actually made them feel seen.

This is that conversation. Finally.

Nobody Put That in the Advert.
