Was a real treat to have fashion diva and Michelle come visit us this week. Lauren has been a fierce campaigner behind the proposed relocation and potential closure of the Walsall Leather Museum and her tireless work needs to be supported by us all before yet another important piece of the UK leather working history disappears. Michelle’s brand is going places also, so exciting things to come. If that wasn’t enough, these ladies are spreading the word about the which is a brilliant hub based in the heart of the saddlery centre in the Midlands, so this is just the start of something very important and special…please please show your support and share this with as many people as you can 🫶

Huge thanks to Sam who keeps everything under control. Such an amazing studio (more like a working museum) crammed full of the finest leathers and tools you can buy.
Also had a sneak peek of Nigel’s latest publication on how to make your own leather pouches. This brilliant 42 page book contains everything you need to master the art of pouch making, which can then be upsized using the same principles to make bags and larger items.
