Well, I have been failing to win my ‘did not cry’ rosette lately.

I was cooking lunch the other day and just broke down in tears because I am constantly feeling like I am running out of time. I know I have a wonderful, privileged life, but my goodness I am being FLOORED at the moment by this nagging anxiety. I know it’s probably perimenopause and the worldwide s**tshow combined, but I am struggling. I could cry every day because it feels like life is passing me by but I don’t quite know how to change things.

Sometimes I desperately need to get off the treadmill, but most of the time I feel like I need to keep running faster just to keep up.

Basically I think I’m having a mid-life crisis and it is decidedly un-fun. Should I buy a sports car? Or what is the women’s equivalent? (Always turn to humour in times of crisis…)

Some new pieces are coming soon - I will be opening up the fine jewellery pre-orders again in May and they will include this middle finger pendant in gold or silver, strung on Japanese silk cord, as well as more trophies and hopefully the cauldrons!

I think we certainly need a dose of disobedience and feminist rage right now, given the news. I would like to burn down the patriarchy, and castrate every single man who interacted with that disgusting website. I cannot wrap my head around that level of depravity, whether it is one man or millions of men. Their victims are the most important here - but probably most of them don’t even know that they are victims. That’s the terrifying truth. When those we trust the most become untrustworthy, dangerous indeed, we are fu**ed. It’s not an immigrant problem, it’s not ‘cultural differences’, it’s not even like just marginal weirdos, it’s everywhere. And I think we can safely say that the ‘not all men’ whingebags can just shut the f**k up with their weak ass arguments. Every single man is complicit if he knows this kind of s**t happens, knows that this kind of talk even exists, and doesn’t make a strong stand against it. I’m f**king beyond disgusted today.

Well. What are we going to wake up to tomorrow? I wish we didn’t even have to worry like this - it’s an almost unbelievable situation but we are talking about Trump here and no depravity is beyond him. I really don’t know what to say any more.

If you are in America and near an emergency protest today/tonight (I’ve shared a post in my stories) PLEASE consider going. This is insanity and the rest of the world is just looking on - but it affects us all.

It feels crazy to be posting about my work right now but I have kids to feed, so here are some new rings for the resistance. If anyone cares about this s**t. Shop update coming in mid-April.

💥SHOP UPDATE - this Sunday 15th February at 10pm UK time (GMT)💥

I know this is a weird time for most of you, but I have been promising my Aussie/Asia people a slightly different time to try and make it easier for them to shop, whilst bearing in mind that most of my customers are in the US, UK and Europe. So this means it will be daytime for people in the US and early morning for people in the East. And a horrible time of day for people in the middle. I can’t please everyone, I’m afraid 😟
