This classic Accurist manual wind came to us in working condition, but it was stopping after just a couple of seconds.
After careful inspection – good news! Nothing was broken.
The issue was simply a build-up of debris inside the movement. Over time, dirt and old lubrication can seriously affect performance.
We carried out a full clean and service, and now it’s running exactly as it should again 💪
Regular servicing keeps your watch reliable and prevents bigger (and more expensive) problems in the future.

🛠️ Watch Rescue Story – Omega Seamaster De Ville 🛠️

A customer came to us at HereniTimeService with an Omega Seamaster De Ville and said:
“Uh… it went through the washing machine.” 😥

Painful… but then came the real shock.
When we asked when it happened, the answer was:
👉 around 6 weeks ago 😱

At that moment, we already knew what to expect inside.
The watch had stopped working, so we carefully dismantled it – and as expected, the movement was already badly affected by moisture and rust 😥

Washing machine + detergent + time = absolute nightmare for a mechanical watch.

🔧 The rescue process:
• Full disassembly of the movement
• Intensive cleaning and rust removal
• Repair and replacement where needed
• Careful reassembly and regulation
From a non-working, rusted movement, we managed to bring this Omega back to life 💪

✨ The watch is now fully working again, with only minimal signs of the damage it once suffered.
