A recent custom cake that kept me busy! 🐾🦁🐘

This cake was covered in buttercream and decorated with handmade buttercream animals, and while it took much longer than expected, I absolutely love how it turned out. The little details are always the most time-consuming, but they’re what make each cake unique.

🧸 Birthday Bears 🧸

How adorable is this first birthday cake I recently created for a special little boy! 💙🐻

🫟 Trolls Drip Cake 🫟

It’s a drip cake, buts it also WITHOUT EGG!!
Usually drip is made with royal icing, which has egg in it. So my challenge this week was to experiment with different non egg drips and after a few attempts and making what looked like edible slime (I’ll remember that one for fun later); chocolate was the winner.

Sounds easy right!!! 😏 But trying to get that chocolate the right consistency to run without hardening, but no hotter than the buttercream (cos we didn’t want that to melt) is a challenge all of its own.
