A hot topic for me and my friends at the minute is motivation and success. Motivation makes you successful as long as you put work in. Motivation doesn't come to you... put the work in and your brain releases dopamine which motivates you to continue to work. Success comes from consistency. Looking at this and my instagram page I realise I truly haven't been consistent with my business at all! So in good true fashion I am going to relaunch my business. This isn't the first time as sometimes life does get in the way of business. But it's time to put the work in and switch things up so I can find success in this little business of mine ###
