β‘ ANNOUNCEMENT β‘
I am so happy to say that I am now a seller on the wonderful platform British Craft House
I am sincerely so honored to be considered for this platform & here is why ππΌ
I have spent months trying to figure out where to best place my trust when it comes to finding a community that shops small, local & understands the love, creation, time, brain space & care that goes into providing handmade items to purchase for either themselves or their loved ones.
I have followed The British Craft House for over a year, and I decided, foolishly may I add that my little loops did not being there.
Imposter syndrome at its very best π
You see, The British Craft House is not like other platforms where you simply log in, hand your money over & begin selling with out talking to a human.
You APPLY to join the community & there are standards to be met. Thats where the doubt crept in.
A few weeks ago, Dottie from TBCH posted a reel asking how small businesses are doing as it is tough out there atm. Among many other wonderful makers, I responded with my thoughts and feelings.
On the back of that interaction, I was invited to join TBCH & I was totally blown away.
Genuinely!
I said I would think about it & then spent about 1 week talking myself out of it because I was pretty sure I wouldn't fit next to all those amazing creators.
Eventually I opened up to Dottie & before long I applied, was accepted & now I have a vendor spot on the platform.
It is just mind blowing for me. I am not a small business, I am a very, very teeny, tiny set up. Ironic as I work in the world of miniatures I know π
Anyhoo, it's live, I am a vendor & have a shop space online with
It's amazing ππΌ
