It’s been a minute! - I’ve poured some hours into these risk assessments, not just generic rubbish anymore. Just wondering would there be any takers for my chimney sweeps out there if I made them available as a package?

Including, Asbestos awareness, Chimney Sweeping, driving and vehicular traffic, loading and unloading, lone working, manual handling, use of hand tools, use of portable electrical equipment and use of ladders (step)

I don’t just make replicas of industry standard forms I also make custom forms like this assessment and warning form for the solid fuel industry allowing for quick canned defect selection and also free typing space so you can write ‘war and peace’ if you so wish! 🤓💪ServiceM8

This has been a hefty undertaking, but i’m happy to say the new assessment and warning form is very nearly ready. I’ve data dumped all our (Katie’s! 😅) historical warning forms, parsed the info and re-written standard responses for most eventualities that give a solid framework for a well written warning form, you can then add extra details or specifics to each issue. The main reason for this was to speed up writing of the forms and make a well written and professional looking document available to those who don’t have a particularly fond relationship with writing. I really do hope you like the look of what i’ve done, it’s been a labour of love thats for sure!

New feature in ‘custom badges’ we are using them here to give the sweep team using the app a visual prompt to read through notes or to call ahead (a step beyond sending a text) and the office team have a badge to show customers who’ve said yes to do cancellations.

To activate ServiceM8 13 features & improvements in your Online
Dashboard, there’s a two step process

1) click ‘Activate ServiceM8 13’ just under the top
video at https://www.servicem8.com/september-2024-update to reveal the green activation banner in Settings

2) click the Activate button in the green notice in Settings.
