The universe, worn close.
A white moonstone sits at the center of this piece, and when the light finds it, a soft blue glow moves across its surface, as if a small piece of the night sky has settled there. Above and below it, two crescent moons. Around the stone, a thin textured ring holds a star on either side, as if the sky had been folded down small enough to wear.
This piece was inspired by the universe, and I wanted it to feel like looking up, even when it's resting on something as earthbound as green moss.
