COMING SOON: A RARE and magnificent example of the 1976 Montreal ref 110.501N, with the legendary automatic Cal .12. The PVD coating is still exceptional! 🏁🏁🏁

The reference 110.501N was launched in 1976 and discontinued after just one year. It has very stealthy look with its black dial and black chrono registers, the only splash of colour being the red pulsations scale track. The lume in the hands matches the hour markers; both having a rich vanilla hue.

Heuer’s presence as timekeeper for the 1976 Olympic Games in Montreal, as well as the the Canadian Grand Prix in Montreal from 1978, inspired the name of their dynamic new chronograph. Further, Gilles Villeneuve driving for the Heuer sponsored Ferrari team in 1978 was the first Canadian to win the home Grand Prix.

A stunning 1974 Heuer Silverstone Ref. 110.313 for 🟦🔷🟦 🔷

When the sharp-edged Monaco proved too polarizing for early '70s tastes, Heuer adapted by smoothing those aggressive 90-degree angles into a fluid, concave "TV screen" cushion case. The naming was pure genius: while the Monaco watch mirrored its namesake circuit’s tight, jagged layout, the Silverstone was named after England's famous track to celebrate long, sweeping, high-speed curves.

A magnificent example of the 1972 HEUER MONTREAL ref. 110.503. 🏁🏁🏁. (Forgot to post last week 😅).

The Montreal was introduced in 1972. It was visually very different from other Heuer chronographs. The connection to racing and the relatively short production period of the MK1 version (from 1972 to 1976) makes this chronograph a first-class collector's watch.

COMING SOON: 1969 Longines Ultra-Chron Ref. 7970-1. Comfortable 41mm stainless steel cushion case and original multi-link bracelet. The stark matte black dial is punctuated by a vibrant, oversized orange minute hand and a uni-directional countdown bezel (nicely faded bakelite insert) with red hash marks.

Underneath hums the legendary, in-house Caliber 431 automatic movement, a high-beat marvel ticking at a blistering 36,000 vph for an ultra-smooth seconds sweep. It’s a rare, razor-sharp collector's piece that seamlessly balances rugged, professional-grade dive utility with top-tier vintage mechanics.

Longines boldly advertised the Ultra-Chron as "the world's most accurate watch," backing it up with a written guarantee of accuracy within one minute per month—a feat meant to directly combat the electronic tuning-fork (Accutron) watches sweeping the market at the time.

Comes complete with its original presentation box.

NEW ARRIVAL: 1969 Omega Seamaster Chronostop Ref. 145.008, nicknamed "Jumbo". It stands out as a highly collectible 1960s reference, utilizing a robust 41mm "Pilot" cushion case with a 22mm lug width. This dual-crown variant features an internal rotating 60-minute bezel operated via the 10 o'clock crown. The matte black dial retains its original "T SWISS MADE T" tritium plots, pairing perfectly with the iconic, unfaded orange central chronograph hand. This example is exceptionally well-preserved, showcasing sharp case geometry with the factory sunburst brushed finish intact, all mounted on a rare, original Omega flat-link steel bracelet.

Mechanically, the watch is powered by the manual-wind Calibre 865, a 17-jewel, 21,600 vph movement featuring a simplified single-pusher chronograph mechanism. The movement has just been serviced by our watchmaker.

Pressing the 2 o'clock pusher starts the sweep second hand, while holding it down allows you to read the elapsed time before releasing it to instantly fly back to zero.

This is one of the best, all original 145.008 you'll find in the market, particularly the condition of the lume which in many examples has darkened.

The "Slow Motion" Diver ⏱️🤿🤿

Diving deep into the archives with this incredible 1960s Breitling Superocean Ref. 2005. This unique chronograph was a true tool watch with a genius design. Instead of counting seconds, the large central hand completes one rotation every hour—perfect for tracking a whole dive. The 6 o'clock indicator is your way of knowing if the timer is engaged .

One of the true iconic & collectible 60s diving watches at a price point still well below that of the popular Submariner or Fifty Fanthoms.
