Motherhood has been the most beautiful journey of my life.
These three incredible souls have filled my days with a love deeper than I ever imagined. Through them, I’ve been given new eyes to see the world with more patience, more wonder, and a heart full of gratitude.
I feel truly blessed that I didn’t just get to raise them, but that I was able to grow, learn, and discover life alongside them.

As we move through life, our bodies change. What worked for us years ago may not work the same way today. After living in different parts of the world and nearly half a century of life experience, one thing has become clear to me: the food I grew up eating doesn’t always work for me anymore especially considering my age and the climate I live in now.

Real self-care means learning to listen to your body. Eating seasonally, choosing foods that grow where you live, and understanding what your body actually needs at different stages of life.

Not every diet trend works everywhere.

Sometimes the smartest choice is the simplest one:
eat what grows around you, in the season it grows.

2016 marked a very special milestone for me I was turning 40.

I remember setting myself a quiet promise: to grow, not just in my work, but as a person too. I gave myself little challenges, intentions, and goals some carefully thought through, others unfolding naturally along the way.

Looking back now, I can see how precious those moments really were. They shaped me more than I realised at the time.
