GRAHAM的起源可追溯到17及18世紀英國倫敦的著名鐘錶匠George Graham（1673-1751）。他被視為現代手錶製造之父。他的成就除了數項發明如跳秒功能和圓筒擒縱機、水銀柱鐘擺以補償溫度對鐘擺的影響之外，更為格林威治皇家天文台建造主時鐘，成為18世紀時大部分天文學家、物理學家以及許多的科學儀器時算。此外，他更發明了計時表的啓動和停止裝置，自此被稱為計時表之父。

在1995年， GRAHAM重新發展，今天已為一家私人擁有的瑞士手錶公司，並設廠於瑞士拉紹德封（la chaux-de-fonds），製造品牌專屬的手錶。
