購物流程How to Order:
1) 查詢 / Information
It is welcomed for buyer to make enquiry about our products through Facebook inbox/ Whatsapp

2) 訂貨 / Making order
Please make order through Facebook inbox/ Whatsapp
請在Facebook inbox/ Whatsapp通知我們。
3) 付款 (銀行轉帳) / Payment (Bank Transfer)
Buyer should make the payment (including shipment cost, if any) to our bank account within THREE days from the order day to [ # # #]. The proof of the bank transfer is required to be sent to us through Facebook inbox/Whatsapp for order confirmation.
請買家於確定訂貨後的三天內(連運費, 如適用)付款至戶口[ # # #]，然後將入數證明Facebook inbox/Whatsapp給我們以確認訂購。
Should the proof of bank transfer cannot be received within THREE days, the order is cancelled automatically.
如三天後沒有收到入數證明, 訂單會自動取消。
*Customer choosing mailing is required to leave his/her correct name, telephone number and address to us.
*選擇郵寄的客人請謹記將正確姓名, 電話及地址告訴我們。
*All the products are make-to-order, delivery date ranges from 5 to 15 working days. (Should the raw material of the product ordered is out of stock, full refund can be arranged)
*所有產品都是make-to-order，貨期為付款後約5-15個工作天
(如訂購產品的原料斷貨，可以安排全數退款)
4) 交收 / Shipment
i) 香港/ Hong Kong
a) 面交/ Delivery in person
Restricted to Tsim Sha Tsui Station for every Friday at 6:30 pm
只限尖沙咀地鐵站逢星期五6:30PM
b) 掛號郵寄 / Registered mail
Postage is of HK$25 should the purchase amount is less than or equal to HK$500
Postage is exempted should the purchase amount is more than HK$500
購物金額HKD500或以下, 郵費一律HKD25
買滿HKD500以上, 免郵費
ii) 海外 / overseas
All the postage is borne by the customers. Postage will depends on where the delivery place is.
所有郵費由客人負擔, 郵費多少視乎送貨地方而定
