Had an absolutely fabulous weekend in Thomastown learning forging techniques from Seamus Gill...such a departure from what I normally do, filled my head with lots of new ideas for things to make!

Seamus was such an amazing teacher...his experience and the breadth of his expertise was great, but his approachability and willingness to share his own process was what really stood out!

Thanks very much to the DCCI and the Thomastown staff for organizing the course!

So jewellery making isn't all glamorous!!!

This is my spring side-line: rearing calves 😁
They're such cute animals to work with, all with their own personalities....and level of intelligence 😂 they kinda become my pets, to join the dog, 2 cats and 3 chickens.
At least until they significantly outweigh me, then I happily hand them back!!!
