I hope yesterday's sarcastic post made you smile. Seriously though if a bride wants to DIY her flowers, would be better to offer advice from both ways, show her why you spent years training so that her flowers would arrive perfectly on the day of her wedding, also show her how to make her own in the form of a 1-2-1 class, including charging for any costs that may incur. :)

I am seeing more and more posts about brides doing their own flowers for their weddings, not a thought to relish the night before the most important day of a girls life, this got me thinking what else could a bride do to cut down on costs, food - dump truck picking could be a good way of providing food - not really a good idea though me thinks. Ok what else costs a lot - ah ha the 'wedding dress' I found some made of unusual materials....but these could all be made well in advance at a fraction of the cost yayyyy win win situation :) anyone else got any ideas that could be passed on to DIY brides :)

It might look neat and orderly now but this time next week, at Blackburn cathedral festival of flowers it will look totally different :) lace, netting, muslin, cinnamon sticks, with the odd bit of wool thrown in and some string for good measure :) will any of you recognise it when you see it......I wonder :)
