Back at the bench.
After what has probably been my busiest summer ever, it feels good to finally slow down a little.
Between filling shop orders, some big export orders, online orders and being part of the wonderful every weekend, the summer absolutely flew by. It’s been brilliant, but definitely busy!
The dust has settled a little now, and I’m getting back into a slower rhythm in the studio — making, designing, tidying up the bench (which really needs it!) and enjoying the actual making again.
And there’s lots to look forward to over the coming months. I’m working away on some new pieces for the autumn/Christmas season, as well as getting some old favourites back on the bench.
For now though, it’s lovely to be back here, doing what I love.
Made by hand, slowly and with plenty of hammer marks along the way.
