Order, Payment & Shipping procedure
- Mail us the the code of the product or a link to the photo to [email protected] or send in a facebook message.
- On the availability of the product, we will send you our bank details for payment.
- Please keep your receipt and send us a clear snapshot as proof of payment with your email written on and only when the full quoted price has been recei
ved we ship our products.
- We ship it to the given address upon receipt of payment through Internet Banking,Cash deposit or you can schedule a personal pickup and make payment and collect the product.
- Shipping is free for orders within Chennai and for deliveries outside Chennai, charges will variable depending on your parcel's location, weight & volume.
- No refund/exchange will be entertained. Once a product has been sold, it cannot be exchanged because we do make sure to do a thorough inspection on the pieces before they are sent out. Navgraha will not be responsible for the damage caused by Delivery Servicer's rough handling and no exchange/refund will be made.
- However, we will do an exchange if the items are sent incorrectly/found defects. We would require you to send us photos of the defect within 2 days from date of delivery, we will process on a case-by-case basis whether the problem is valid. Once the duration is expired, it will be void, we will not accept the return of the item
- Take note that the below will not be considered as defects:
1. Slight colour difference resulting from the difference on individual's monitor, minor defects such as loose threads, slight misalignment of seams, dropping of buttons which can be sewn on etc.
3. Colour does not suit you. We do not offer returns or refunds due to unsuitability/sizing issues
Customer Service:
- We respond to your mails between 11am - 11pm, Monday to Saturday. Replies will be made within 48 hours or earlier.
- We release upto two single pieces of each saree collection. Once a saree/garment is sold out we will not replicate it again on request as they are designed to be aesthetic and exclusive.
