If we expect or want a specific outcome we are inviting anxiety

The world is suffering from anxiety simply because we don't allow the things around us to be the way they need to be. We are attached to a specific outcome which breeds anxiety

The solution is to do your best and leave the rest. To control the controllable and accept the outcome as being the best for you

Problems will come
But with wisdom we understand they come to help us grow - hence we are courageous and feel capable of handling them
With courage we are unperturbed and that allows us to focus on solutions

To become so we need a pot belly which absorbs or tolerates negative situations or people
Need to listen more and speak less
Need to have strength of the elephant trunk yet have care

When one understands that one's worth, value , reason to feel nice is because peace love and happiness is one's own nature - one becomes free.

This realization frees us from superior- inferior , from higher-lower all feelings that sway us. And free from all feelings of needing something to feel nice - success , achievement , looks, vacations ....
