I had created this piece some 20 days backa nd didn't even post it, simple reason being I handed it over in person to someone who came home to collect it. Next thing I see the same design being recreated or better word would be copied and posted in Instagram and not on Fb. Is it because "you" thought I cannot detect this Plagiarism, possibly I am not in Instagram. Sorry the user name is different from my page in FB. Time and again I have reiterated that each design is copyrighted © for Pandora Box .

The word itself evokes a lot of emotions.Life brings tears, smiles and mrmories. Tears dry, smiles fade, but memories are etched in our mind forever. Some memories are unforgettable, ever vivid and heartwarming .
Part I
Jhoti-Chithha from Odisha

Jhoti chita is a traditional Odia white art mostly shown in rural areas of Odisha. It is made from rice paste and with a piece of cloth surrounded with a stick is used to create beautiful patterns. People also use their bare fingers to make jhoti chita. They can be created over walls and on floors. During Durga Puja, white dots superimposed with red are painted on the walls. This combination of red and white signifies the worship of Shiva and Shakti. To draw a jhoti or chita, the fingers are dipped into the rice paste and made to trace out intricate patterns on the floor or walls.

A visit to a remote village in Odisha exposed to a whole new world of Jhoti-chithha.

It's been long, very long time since we did any new collection. The reason being there were a whole lot of things that kept us tied up. But with advent of Durga Puja, we created an impromptu collection "Memories". Not much planning went into it, all we had were the travel memories to far off places, the sights and sounds and the indelible effect they left in my mind.
Memories will be a very small, a capsule collection of clay ornaments.

The Pichwai Paintings is a notable art form and of vital value to millions of devotees of Lord Krishna,
The Pichwai Paintings date back centuries, with its first mentions made in the scriptures dating back to 400 years ago. These paintings are stunning art pieces depicting the childhood of Lord Krishna, referred to as Shrinathji. The stories and the object of the paintings revolve around the tales of Shrinathji, particularly the significant seasons and the festivals.

It's a humble attempt from Pandora Box to recreate a snippet of Pichwai art in this very small curated collection of jewelry.

Most of the Pichwai Paintings cover the brief childhood pastimes of Lord Krishna and generally include elements like Gopikas, cows, and calves, and flute playing memories of Lord Krishna.
