Our Visionary founder, Late Sri Dharamnath Prasad came to the steel town with a dream of becoming a man who would always be remembered. Thus, he began his entrepreneurial journey with a modest 200 sqft jewellery shop in the year 1958, on the main road of Rourkela with a mantra โ€“ to be the most trusted name in jewellery business dealing in the most trusted quality. We were granted the trading licen

se in the year 1964. Thereafter we never looked back & always aspired to introduce world class quality products to our beloved & loyal customers. Further, the responsibility of the store was carried by Mr Anil Prasad who made his dream to make Prasad a household name in Odisha. He introduced KDM jewellery back in year 2000, when the concept was not known to most of the customers. Further he introduced hallmark gold jewellery, IGI certified diamond jewellery and our very own Mystique, Heritage & Trendsetter collection. We spread our branches in the year 2006,opening up a store in the town of Sundergarh, further in Sambalpur in the year 2010 & in Jharsuguda in 2022. Customer-oriented schemes, offers, exchange facilities, special festival collections, gold investment schemes and advance-booking facilities distinguish Prasad from other jewellers. Today we are one of the most loved jewellery stores in western Odisha. The legacy of Sri Dharamnath Prasad & Anil Prasad is now carried upon by Mohit Prasad & Sourav Prasad.
