nge of industries. Over a short span of time our expertise has developed a niche for our products in the indigenous as well as the international market. Our state of the art installation of extrusion presses is having PLC controls with an installed capacity of 6000 MT per annum. We would also like to appraise you about our new production line with 2500 USTon extrusion press. It has added another 9000 MT per annum in addition to our existing installed capacity. All our Extrusion Presses are equipped with automatic double puller facility, which facilitates absolutely straight, and twist free extrusions profiles. Our manufacturing facilities are centrally located within20km from the city of Hyderabad which falls in the central region of India, also very well connected by rail, road and within 40 km from the International Airport. The manufacturing plant is equipped with the following:
1) Three imported extrusion presses – 2500 UST, 1450 UST & 880 UST backed with PLC controls.
2) In house foundry for manufacturing various Aluminium Alloys.
3) PLC controlled handling system.
4) PLC controlled stretcher.
5) Specially designed controlled quenching system.
6) Ageing facility up to 11 meters.
7) Full-fledged Tool Room equipped with CNC machines for in house manufacturing of extrusion dies.
8) Advance Lab for testing mechanical properties and spectrometer chemical analysis.
9) Imported Hot Log Shear with latest technology.
10) Improvised graphite lined hot top casting machine.
11) NDT testing facilities.
12) Tensile testing equipment.
13) All other necessary inspection / testing facilities.
14) Fully equipped Anodizing Plant. Raw Materials & Alloys:
These are out sourced from NALCO & HINDALCO (Aluminium Ingots / Logs & Billets). The alloys we manufacture are tailored made as per customer need. Our products comply to IS as well as other equivalent standards i.e. DIN, BS, US-AA, etc. Anodising :
We have a state of the art fully equipped anodising plant for electro coloring with a capacity of 100 MT per month for different shades as per customer requirement. Our quality of anodizing is at par with international standards and we do it in a variety of colors i.e. silver, bronze, black, champagne etc., up to a maximum length of 6 meter. Powder Coating & PVDF Coating :
Based on customer need we outsource Powder coating of profiles to comply to ASTM D-3359 international standards. Apart from the anodized / powder coated profiles we also outsource PVDF (Polyvinyl Dry Fluoride)coated profiles based on customer needs incase of requirements in bulk. We would like to apprise you that in addition to the domestic customers we regulalyr exports to various countries like UAE, UK, USA & Germany.
