Introducing the newest face of Isabella Rose Design Co., a young leader who embodies everything we stand for: being fearless, bold, and unapologetically innovative.
Today, we proudly welcome Ganöndi:ye’s “Charli Rae” Hill as IRDCO’s newest Brand Model— a rising Indigenous talent whose journey reflects the heart of our mission. She is a mover of mountains, a voice for her community, and a powerful reminder that identity and ambition can rise together. Ganöndi:ye’s “Charli Rae” Hill is a proud Seneca Nation (Wolf Clan) community member and rising Indigenous model from the Allegany Territory. Given her traditional name as a baby—meaning “she’ll move mountains”—she carries both Charli Rae and Ganöndi:ye’s as a reflection of living confidently in two worlds. Her name grounds her in her identity, culture, and roots.
Deeply connected to her traditions, Ganöndi:ye’s practices her language, participates in cultural teachings, and balances modeling with school and athletics, playing lacrosse and volleyball.
In under a year, she has emerged as a powerful new voice in fashion. Her debut was at Fashion Art Toronto (2024), followed by runway appearances across North America, Akwesasne Indigenous Fashion Show, First Peoples Fashion Show, New York City Fashion Week, RES Las Vegas, Native Fashion Week, Finest Feathers, Grand Rising, and UPlift by Dante Biss. Charli is represented by Nomad West (California) and Lang Models (Toronto), she continues to expand her career. Her largest editorial to date was an upcoming feature for Dry Magazine (Fall 2025), where she wore designs by Chanel, Dolce & Gabbana, Versace, Armani, and Tisha Thompson.
At IRDCO, we empower visionaries, goal setters, and community builders. Ganöndi:ye’s is that spirit in motion—grounded in culture, driven by purpose, and inspiring a new generation to lead with courage and authenticity.
