CANCELLATION:
Strictly no cancellation after live selling as the item will be paid by us from the manufacturing factory to reserve as these are fast moving items. We highly appreciate, if you could cancel the items during the live selling only. Please respect our hard work and time to accommodate your needs. We can only keep your item(s) for a maximum of three days (depending on every supplier). All unpaid items will then be automatically canceled and can cause being blocked on our system as you will be considered as a joy miner. INVOICE:
Invoices are sent after confirming the transaction. Please always check your inbox, if not received please send us a follow-up message as soon as possible. PRE-ORDER:
Pre-order items process takes 3-4 weeks as it is custom-made for every client. Upon confirming, at least 20% non-refundable down payment is to be collected and another payment for the remaining balance once available from the maker for item settlement and collection. SHIPMENT:
Allow us to process your order within 2-3 business days after payment before shipment. For some items, It may be delayed due to resizing and item authentication and certification process. Upon sending it thru post office, Japan-Japan shipment is 2-3 business days while Japan to other countries can be from 1-2 weeks shipment depending on the courier. RETURN/REFUND POLICY:
Change of mind after shipment will not be accepted unless the item is damaged. If you received the incorrect item/s, or were damaged when you received them, please return them to us within two days. We will issue a new item or refund your payment. The refund payment will be sent after we receive the item/s. We will not accept returns/refunds if the item has been worn for five days and displays indications of wear or breakage and will be sent back to the client and shipping will be carried by the client. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE, LOSS, OR DELAY DURING SHIPMENTS. ONCE THE PACKAGE LEAVES OUR HANDS, IT IS COMPLETELY OUT OF OUR CONTROL. CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES (IF ANY) SHALL BE PAID AND SHOULDER BY THE BUYER. IT IS ENTIRELY THE BUYER'S OBLIGATION. Diyamante Jewelries is required to clear the goods for export, and the Buyer is responsible for the customs clearance and paying any customs duties upon arriving at the buyer's location.
