Every Kazuri bead starts as a lump of clay from Kenyan soil. A pair of hands rolls it, shapes it, paints it freehand — then it goes into a kiln at 1000°C. That's it. No machine has ever been part of this process. Which is why no two pieces are ever quite the same.
