We are not posting this to dismiss the suffering of families who have experienced unbearable loss.
Their pain is real, and it should never be minimized.
We are posting this to say that behind many businesses are families too, families trying to survive, remain standing, and find a way through impossible times. For them, continuing to post, sell, and show up is not about ignoring tragedy. It is about making it through the day.
And in times like these, simply continuing can be a form of resistance.
Not resistance through noise, but through presence.
Through refusing to let fear, hatred, and destruction make us cruel, divided, or hopeless.
Through choosing kindness, supporting one another, and holding on to our humanity even now.
If this time is asking anything from us, let it be softness with one another, compassion for those carrying pain, and the will to help however we can. 🇱🇧❤️🩹
