The community was formed to foster the spirit of entrepreneurship and to promote the general welfare of the members. Silver State Food Trucks (SSFT) is a community created in 2015 by the food truckers of Perak Darul Ridzuan themselves. Our main focus is specifically towards entrepreneurs who ran their business operations by using food truck as a concept. Throughout the years, the Silver State Food Trucks (SSFT) have been collaborating with various agencies including the government and non-government bodies in promoting food truck as a medium for businesses while creating more food truck entrepreneurs. The Silver State Food Trucks (SSFT) have made an impact when successfully established the first ever food truck gathering spot in Malaysia named the Food Truck Garden.

The Silver State Food Trucks (SSFT) initiative is to continue embracing the food truck culture and developing more ground-breaking values of the industry in the state of Perak Darul Ridzuan.
