I’ve done over 80 interviews. If I had another one tomorrow, this is what I’d do.
They want this skill. Where have I used it?

The team gist isn’t online. I will rather research about the interviewers and find their personal interest but that is story for another day
Sometimes we are too busy cramming questions like “what will success be like in the first 90days” that your question might even show you are not listening
From the interview you will get a question to ask
