This client reached out to me about 2 weeks ago. She wanted a lightening face cream and Molato soap because, according to her, “nothing works for me.” 😩

I told her the price, and she made payment.

After a while, I reached out to her and asked her to send me pictures and a video of her face so I could properly assess what was going on.

Immediately I saw them, I told her, “You actually don’t need Molato soap or a lightening face cream.” 😂

I explained what I felt her skin needed and recommended a completely different routine for her.

She didn’t argue or insist on what she initially wanted. She simply said she would complete the payment as long as what I recommended would actually work for her.

Oya, see her skin after almost 2 weeks of using what we recommended. 😍❤️
