Sometimes I wonder how some supplier or vendor behave towards their customers, I don't think most of this online vendors knows that is not about collecting the money for the items your customers bought from you and telling them you have sent out theirs orders to the driver and tell them to wait for his call or he will call them or you sending the drivers number to them(well that's still fair).

Then you leave them to it. Which is not good enough at least you have to do follow up with your customers.

If you are the type that use drivers from the park and your customers ask you how much is the delivery fee and you are like "the driver fee might be 1,500 or 2000" that's means you are not sure. And it's still the same customer you are going to leave to it with the driver when you have already sent out the order which is not fair enough.

And to you,you have sent out their orders, no follow up, or even check on them if they have received their orders. You are not giving that customer the impression of coming back to you it's only rare to see some that will. Have experience this kind thing with different suppliers mostly because I'm not around to go there myself to get my stuff's some will not even message you to know if you have received the orders.
I got pi**ed with the last one I had to msg her the following day that you don't even care whether have gotten my orders or not and the statement she could give me is "I know you will msg me if you have gotten your orders" I was really not happy with that statement. I'm a business owner also no matter how busy I am with customers orders or with my own monthly work I will still make sure I do follow up with my customers, even after receiving it I will ask them what they feel about what they ordered for, it's their reviews we need and how we treated them so as not to leave for some other vendors cause we plenty gan o. And not only reviews they get to refer you too.

So let's be fair enough with any customers that comes our way, and to even tell you some will not msg you they will want to know whether you care if they have received their orders.

Massive sales to all legit vendors out there, more big and successful deals. A customer that will change our story through him/her or by referring us may God different them to our way๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™.
