A brand new year awaits! 🍀

The last quarter of this year has been a kaleidoscope of experiences. So breathtaking, that I emerge, heart pumping and looking forward with bushy tail and shining eyes to 2026!🍀

From the opportunity to train with Government and Corporations on and , speaking and mentoring on responsible dressing, sustainability, teaching behaviour and entrepreneurship to students, and speaking at the aicieducationconference to peers on neurobranding;

to crossing the arcticcircle,❄️ chasing the mystical auroraborealis...

Each experience and contribution held a different context. Throughout this magical disco ball of experiences, I found this fundamentally true:

How we communicate, interact, and ultimately how we present our personal and professional brand depends not as much on expertise, nor even polish, as it does on clarityofbrandpurpose. Staying true to standards and values in everything we do, be it at work or in the Arctic, reaches deeper than any brand book or visual identity ever will.

In other words, it is more important than any media strategy or brand write-up to live, breathe, and behave the very essence of the brand we want to build. Only then does it come alive.

As 2025 ends, I look forward to more rhythm and alignment in my life and work.

Wishing my colleagues, friends, and family here a satisfying close to the year, and a beginning that both scares and excites you; and that aligns with your wildest dreams!

It’s been a while, hello everyone 👋🏼😁🍀

I have been a little quieter on social media lately. Missing you all! Just a little post, and especially for those that checked in with me and asked if everything was OK. Thank you 🙏.

Everything is great and I say that with utmost gratitude. I am just a little time crunched, because I have been fully involved in what I am privileged to do, back-to-back teaching, Corporate training and other businesses that have popped up. I believe in always doing and giving my absolute best.

And now… it’s season again.

Over the years I’ve assessed thousands of students and corporate participants. It’s a responsibility I never take lightly. When grades contribute to an accredited university degree 🏆, the process must be rigorous, fair, and ethically grounded.

I sit with this paradox every semester:

✨ As a corporate trainer, my job is to look for the best in every learner, their strengths, their creativity, their potential.

📝 But as an , my duty is to also notice the gaps, the missed links, the weak reasoning, the incomplete application of theory, and hold each submission strictly to the rubric.

It is never easy to evaluate someone who tried their best.
But academic and professional integrity✨ demands consistency and discipline.

There is a layer that shapes how I approach this:

🧠 When is both compassionate and rigorous, the brain interprets it as challenge rather than rejection.
That is where , the brain’s remarkable ability to rewire itself, actually happens.

Real learning is not simply receiving information.
It is the process of building new neural connections🤓.
It is effort + feedback + reflection.

So when I assess carefully, fairly and thoroughly, I am not judging the learner, I am stimulating the very cognitive pathways that support growth, mastery, and long-term capability💡.

The brain🧠 grows through meaningful challenge, not comfort.

Feeling a little .... Another semester comes to a close. ✨

The classroom is empty now - no more lively chatter, no more spontaneous laughter😜, no more 'serious' questions or deep discussions. Just quiet. 🍀

This semester has been a challenging one, with back-to-back lectures, corporate training engagements, business commitments, and the usual swirl of family responsibilities😬. There were days of exhaustion, days of juggling, and days of wondering how everything could possibly fit into 24 hours⏳.

Yet every moment has been worth it.

Because amidst the overwhelm, there were also moments of fun and laughter…
Moments when students lit up with understanding.
Moments of humour that kept us going💪.
Moments when confidence grew, when ideas blossomed, and when transformation became visible.

Being an educator is never “just a job.”
It is an honour, a privilege, a calling.

To guide.
To shape minds.
To hold space for growth.
To leave someone better than we found them.

As the classroom falls silent for now, my heart is full - grateful for the journey we shared, proud of every student who stretched their potential, and humbled to play even a tiny role in their story.

Here’s to rest, renewal, and another chapter of learning ahead. 🌿📚💫
