⚠️ AWARENESS POST ⚠️

We never thought we would have to share something like this.

A supplier sent multiple products for our store through Yango Delivery Service. The parcels contained a large portion of our incoming stock and were handed over to the rider for delivery.

Later, the order was marked as delivered, but we never received the parcels. We did not receive any delivery call, and all our attempts to contact the rider were unsuccessful. After reaching out to the company, we were informed that they were also having difficulty contacting the rider.

At the moment, many of the products meant for our store are still missing, and a significant part of our stock is stuck because everything was sent together.

To fellow small business owners, please make sure to keep all handover proof, tracking details, and delivery records safe when receiving valuable shipments.
