Sometimes, you feel stuck when you face an obstacle, and it seems like you'll never be able to move forward or overcome it.

But if you pause, take time to reflect, and look back, you become an observer, and from that perspective, you gain a new understanding.

Perhaps what seemed impossible to overcome no longer seems so impossible. By being an observer, you realize that there truly are other paths. Having doubts about which path to take is normal, as is wondering if it's the right one. But if you don't try, the doubt will remain forever. If you start forging your path, step by step, you'll see that progress is possible. Little by little, taking breaks, looking back, I hope you feel proud of what you're achieving. If your goals still seem distant and unattainable at times, I recommend looking back, and I'm sure that in one way or another, you've made progress 🙌
Because even in the moments when you feel stuck, you're moving forward.

And sometimes life gives us one or more reasons to stop, to slow down, to be more present.

When you choose to see that things happen for you and not to you, everything changes.

It's not always easy, but when you're open to seeing everything from another point of view, it's possible.

Through family constellation therapy, being the observer becomes a little easier, allowing you to delve a little deeper and understand the reason behind the situation you want to work on.

Story time ⬇️

During a family Constellation workshop with an amazing facilitator, I was faced with my fears.

This helped me realize the many times I allowed my fear to be bigger than me. Sometimes, we subconsciously choose to be the victim of our life. It is also our ego trying to keep us safe. The protective parts of us, saying :don't go too far.. you might be rejected, let down, "etc.

Sitting in stillness doing yin yoga, I had another big realization.. I've been letting my fear get bigger again. Falling into similar cycles that keep me in a loop.
My soul is ready to move forward and level up. Yet, my protective parts still fear the unknown. That is a natural human response, and it will probably always kick in. But, we as adults have a choice, to either stay on the loop, repeating the same patterns, or we can choose to do the inner work and overcome these fears. To "look it in the eye and say goodbye" to the patterns and behaviors that aren't for our highest good. Those that are not letting us move forward.

Thanks to family Constellation sessions, I have been able to overcome one of my biggest fears, the one that was actually blocking me to move on. Turns out, it was my little girl running the show, feeling smaller than the fear. But during this session, there was a big shift. My adult self got to hold that little girl, feeling the support of my ancestors, I felt stronger than the fear, and since then, the story has changed immensely. That sensation of feeling scared in similar situations hardly comes and when it does, I do my best to remember that day, I feel held by my ancestors again, because I know that energetic force is always there, whenever I need it ✨️🙏🏻

And let me tell you, you can tune in with your ancestors too. They are always there for you if you wish to connect with them. 💫
