Founded in 2008 by Silliman University and Dumaguete footballers, Manhur FC is an Associate Member of the National Capital Region Football Association [NCRFA] and Philippine Football Federation [PFF]. The group started as a Force in Futsal, winning back to back championships in second and third tier tournaments in Manila. In 2009, the club earned an invitation to compete in the 1st Philippine Futs

It was the only non-UFL club that reached the last 16 knockout stages, losing to defending League Cup Champions - Philippine Air Force FC. Presently, the club has grown bigger and developed exponentially with the help of some passionate and brilliant friends. In 2013, the Club launched its first Football Academy in Makati City and Quezon City to address the organization's Youth System and to further develop young talents, likewise attract people who wanted to learn and play the beautiful game. The camps are participated by football enthusiasts from different age brackets and from varying skill sets, supervised and trained by PFF and AFC Licensed Coaches.
