Wore my crochet shrug last April 2...this one I made in 2008, following a chart pattern from a Japanese book...I used 5 balls Cannon thread and 2mm crochet hook.
I designed a simpler version which I wrote the pattern titled Romantic Shrug (its available on Ravelry).

My latest handmade gift for my grandson - Wolverine and Deadpool amigurumi. The pattern which I bought on Etsy is by Crochetina. Pattern is in Spanish, but I made it through 😎. I used local crochet thread and 1.75mm hook. The claws I crafted using silver plastic forks. And for the sword I used black cotton buds.

My favorite project so far. This was 3 yrs ago, a gift for my granddaughter.
Photo on the left, the original work of UK-based designer Ticiana Larocca. I bought the pattern on her website. The doll on the right was made by me following the instructions she wrote, with some modifications that came to mind while working on it. 😍

The inspiration for this project (made in June 2018) was the fur yarn itself, gifted by a crafting friend from U.S. I wanted to make a realistic small creature and was determined to make a pygmy marmoset, upon seeing photos of it.
