Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said, "When the month of Ramadan starts, the gates of heaven are opened, the gates of hell are closed, and the devils are chained." This signifies the importance and significance of this holy month in the Islamic faith.
The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) also said, "Whoever fasts Ramadan out of faith and hoping for reward, his previous sins will be forgiven." This is a powerful reminder of the mercy and forgiveness of Allah, and the importance of fasting as a means of spiritual purification and growth.
