The beard is a blessed Sunnah of the Prophet ﷺ. Deliberately shaving it is regarded as a serious sin by many Islamic scholars. If a person leaves this world without sincerely repenting, the burden of that sin may follow him into the grave. Let us honour the Sunnah, seek Allah’s forgiveness, and correct ourselves before it is too late. Indeed, Allah is Most Forgiving and Most Merciful.
