Do you often feel your strength😔 does not meet your ambition, and feel powerless? I finally found that answer😉 why I feel that way! My chakras are blocked! 😥
After I unblock each one of my chakras🔐, energy run through them freely and harmony exist between my physical body💪, mind and spirit.
When they are all aligned together, I feel empowered🔋, motivated and attentive. I became a quick thinker, work efficiency improved and no more dozing off! I reborn!💪💪💪
So what is chakras?🧐
✅Chakras are the main energy centers our body, from root to crown. They control our survival issues, well-being, self-worth, inner peace, self-expression, intuition and spiritual connection.
When all chakras are free to flow they provides joy, creativity, s*xuality, pleasure and self-confidence. These are the sources of energy to explore the world. 😇
If you have anxiety😫, feel insecure😔, numb to surroundings and helpless means your chakras are blocked. That why one become rigid and emotionless. 😊
When chakras are unblocked you are able to control your mind and spirit so you can express yourself freely with your emotion in control. ✊
When the energy overflows you will feel extremely emotional and repulsive so you feel your surroundings are full of trouble.
An imbalance chakras cause physical discomfort, confusion, emotional disturbance and other s*xual issues ie. s*xual dysfunction or s*x addiction.
Many think that diet will change these problems, but it won’t. These are not remedial from our diet and nutrient. 🥬🥗🍖
It is the negative energy that flows in our body that causes these effects. Therefore understanding chakras is one step closer in knowing about ourselves, our body element. 🧘♀️🧘
