Making game jewelry is not easy coz game concept artists don't quite care whether their designs exist in real world but just design the props in game as fancy as possible. That is exactly what game concepts have been; they are for virtual world.

Then the stone colour killed us. If to imitate the original colour in game exactly, they are as what you can see here.

But these 4 stones will be way too dark in real life if you make them into pendants, set in gold-colour metal and wear on your neck under light -- there will be shadows within the stone. Plus the element patterns in the middle of stone will totally be invisible.

1. What in-game item would you like to be made into this jewelry/accessory? Pls name or screenshot a weapon, badge or in-game accessory you like the most in AOV.

2 Which do you prefer? A ring, a pendant or a brooch, or something else?
