Free Local Normal Mail: Usually takes 2 to 5 working days. No tracking detail will be provided. Local Registered Mail: An additional cost of S$3.00, with tracking detail. Approximately 2 to 5 working days for delivery. Any package which exceeds weight limit of 2kg will automatically be send via Speedpost instead. Dainty Minty currently only trades in Singapore. Dainty Minty is unable to amend orders nor combine orders which were separately made after it is placed. We will not be held responsible for lost parcels / damaged mailed-out items for normal postage. No meet-ups and self-collection. RETURNED PACKAGE

PRODUCT CARE
Dainty Minty will not be liable for accessories discolouration due to improper care of product. Avoid chemicals, water, excessive sweat, perfume. Clean them gently with soft smooth cloth and store accessories in cool dry place. DEFECTIVE / INCORRECT ITEM(S)
Sales items and Earrings are not entitled for exchange or return. Exchange and returns are only accepted within 14 days from the shipped date. Please email [email protected] with a picture of the defective item. We will response as soon as we can. Postage fees will only be refunded in cases of defective / incorrect item(s). Should the reason of return is due to wrong order placement or otherwise, we are sorry to inform that we are not able to issue a refund for the postage fee. All items will be inspected upon return. We will have to send it back to you if it is not within the acceptable condition. Bear in mind that all items are your responsibilty until we receive them, so please pack them properly lest they get damaged along the way. We will not be responsible for packages that failed to reach us and we advise you to obtain a certificate of posting as a proof when returning your items.
