When you lose your voice by the end of Day 1, you know it’s been an amazing watch fair. Windup was absolutely nonstop in the best way possible. I’m incredibly grateful for the backup I had at the booth, and even more grateful to everyone who took the time to talk watches with us. Seeing the community's reaction to the Art Deco details on the Empire Chrono NY edition and the unique heft of the Futurist Tantalum was the highlight of the trip.

One of the most unusual materials we've ever used at Vario.

Its extreme density, toughness and resistance to corrosion make it a fascinating material for demanding applications.

And it has a connection to space exploration...which inspired our Futurist.
