Our mission has always been to ensure that Malay culture isn't just found in museums, but is worn, lived, and shared every day.

This duration allows our master leathersmiths and artists the necessary time to ensure every historical detail is perfected before it reaches your wrist.

Meaning "Paradise," the Firdausi represents the spiritual resonance and lush vitality of our heritage. It is a tribute to the Taman Syurga (Garden of Paradise), evoking the emerald Panji-Panji (banners) of faith and the verdant landscapes of the Nusantara.

Crafted from Emerald Green leather, the Firdausi is adorned with the Awan Larat motif in ochre-gold. This classic aesthetic, inspired by the ornate gold-leaf carvings of Nusantara mosques, represents the "Infinite Flow" of spiritual growth and the harmony of the natural world.

Hand-stitched by .leatherco and hand-painted by .art, the Firdausi is our most spiritually resonant pairing—a reminder of the beauty found in life’s higher purpose.

A Nusantara Anthology | The Kesumba

Named after the traditional scarlet dyes of the Nusantara, the Kesumba captures the "existential fire" of our heritage. It is a tribute to the oldest Sultanate, Kedah, representing the Darah Tanah Air (Blood of the Homeland) and the bravery of the Pahlawan (Warrior).

Crafted from Scarlet Red leather with a grounded black lining, it features the Bunga Ukir (Carved Flower) motif in ochre-gold. This gold-on-red aesthetic mimics the regalia of a Panglima (General), representing the "Softness within the Warrior"—the refined grace that beats beneath a coat of courage.

Brought to life through the "Slow Craft" of .leatherco and .art , the Kesumba is designed for those who carry a heroic spirit.

A Nusantara Anthology | The Nilam

Derived from the sapphire-blue gemstone, the Nilam references the navigational waters of the Lautan Nusantara. It is a colour of stability and dignity, evoking the regalia of the modern Sultanates of Johor and Selangor, and the seafaring strength of our ancestors.

Crafted from Navy Blue leather, the Nilam features the Awan Larat (Trailing Clouds) motif hand-painted in ochre-gold. Like the winds and clouds that guided ancestral voyagers, this motif represents persistence and grace, flowing across the leather like the crest of a wave beneath a golden sun.

A collaborative masterwork by .leatherco and .art , the Nilam is designed for the modern voyager who values a calm, commanding presence.
