MILA "Her Smile, Your Joy" Sujata is a jewellery designer specialising in exquisite hand-made fashion jewellery. When it came to creating my brand name, I wanted to make it very special.

She finds unmatched beauty in natural minerals, and loves creating jewellery using these beautiful gemstones. I have always been passionate about Jewellery, and a visit to a fascinating Bead Store in New York got me started into creating my own pieces. Then there was no looking back, I decided to pursue my career as a Jewellery Designer and launched ‘Mila’ in 2014. I thought of 'Mila', after my Mo

ther's name. What else could be more special than that! Natural Minerals have unmatched beauty, their colour, texture & shape is unparalleled, and I love creating my pieces using these beautiful stones, be it Amethyst, Agate, Jasper, Quartz, Onyx or Jade, to name a few. Pearls have been considered as objects of beauty for many centuries and have been a metaphor for something fine, admirable and valuable. Pearls accentuate the beauty in women, which is why I love creating jewellery with these precious gems. In the world of Jewellery, the varieties of designs are innumerable, the options of materials are numerous, but what matters is the beauty that lies in each creation. When my Father saw my creations he quoted, “Don’t look at the surface, feel the hidden love”.
