Tía-Mom's Cocina will be serving our famous S**t Balls - GFV / $6, Monster Brunch Burritos $10 - V, and our Chocolate Chocolate Chip Brownies $6 - GFV

100% of all TMC sales will go directly to the 7 nonprofit organizations in attendance this year. (Compliments of 5 anonymous donors that donated funds to TMC to buy ingredients for tomorrow's menu.)

What should we make with this 2.8 LB puppy????

It goes from the bend in my elbow to the tip of my pinky finger.

What's your favorite way to use zucchini? Tell us in the comments.

One of our favorite ways to eat it is either oven roasted or grilled veggie kabobs with red onions, mushrooms, fresh green chile, tofu chunks, red bell peppers, cloves of garlic, tomatoes and a few seasonings.

WHO'S READY FOR HOWL & GROWL 2026!!!??!!!

Join us with your family including your animal companions, all kinds are welcomed to attend, on Sunday, October 25th from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the Westside Boofy's Best For Pets location.

Why join us? First off, because it's a grip of fun. We, Tía-Mom's Cocina will be there with our signature S**T BALLS and brunch burritos. All monies raised from the food sales will go directly to the 7 nonprofit rescues and organizations in attendance. FIVE!!! YES 5 of us will be fully shaving our hair off because CANCER FU***NG SUCKS! Plus, Delilah threw down the gauntlet and has challenged us to raise $2,000 this year.

There will be many different vendors present, raffles, costume contests, henna, hair tinsel, and other vendors that will be mentioned soon!

We have two anonymous donors that have made MATCH DONATIONS for the first $750 that's raised. See the link in our bio and notate your donation saying "CANCER HEAD SHAVING DONATION" so we can make sure it's properly accounted for the cause!

QUICK & EASY MEALS FOR ABOUT $3 A PERSON.

GLUTEN FREE AND FULLY VEGAN!

This has been my brunch for the past couple of days.
Refried beans (homemade and without the refry aka oil) with Cacique Foods soyrizo. Topped with avocado, Follow Your Heart feta (queso fresco), Forager Project crema, cilantro, and yellow corn tortillas.

After the beans and soyrizo were mixed well together I turned off the heat and stirred in Violife Mexican Shreds cheese to make it gooey.

Easy meals for less than $3!!!! I'm sold.

Plus, it's gluten free naturally. Lots of protein, diabetic friendly with fiber and carbs that also have protein so sugars don't spike into the blood stream. Plenty of iron, no cholesterol, and they even help lower your bad cholesterol levels.

Trick or Treat Earthy Cups for my OT/PT therapists and business office staff at Balanced Physical Therapy + Wellness on Palomas NE Heights.

My therapist Fay and all of the staff including the business office at that location are absolutely amazing. I still have a ways to go, but Fay and the other therapists are working really hard with me to get me back up and going again. I have at least another year and then I can start pool therapy at their Eubank location.

Slowly, but surely, I'm getting better with their help. They definitely love my "baking homework assignments" hahaha!

Two dozen GF Red Velvet Cupcakes with our chocolate pudding made from scratch, GF Oreo dirt and toasted pecan earth chunks. Plus, the gummy worms, all layered in the Terra Cotta planters (not real Terra Cotta though) and shovel spoons.

Thank you everyone at Balanced Physical Therapy - Lymphedema + Neurological Rehabilitation Center for helping me so much.
